Custom Size

Our standard size for valves and seat is 4” and 4.5”, standard size for plunger and plunger packing is 3.75”, 4”and 4.5”. We can custom size after you have testing our samples of above mentioned size for each part.

Custom material and process

Your fracturing field condition is needed, including frac fluid, chemicals, proppant mesh size, operation pressure, working temperature etc. We can specifically custom frac valves insert and soft set of packing which are organic material and easily damaged during fracturing.

We can also custom process for unconventional valves seat including increasing quenched layer thickness, improving hardness of material.

Customization procedure

Step 1: Confirmation of your fracturing condition.

Step 2: Receiving our samples for field testing.

Step 3: Mass production after you are satisfied with testing results otherwise we adjust material and process and send you samples again until the parts are suitable for your fracturing conditions.
